localised bbq chef!!

I am a local chef with very unuasual tastes. I like to experiment and dabble with exotic foods including asian. My main forte is local kent produce and south african foods and making it my own. My favourite home made recipe is sirloin steak with mustard pomme puree, schallot and red wine sauce with sautee sweet potato! Yummy oh and BBQ and smoked food.
