 1 egg
  small knob butter
Deliciously soft egg cooked in porcelain coddler.

Cooking Steps:
1. grease the inside of the coddler
2. Crack egg in, put lid on and place into boiling water in a saucepan on the hob.
3. Cook for 5-7 minutes, unscrew lid and dip toasted buttered soldiers.

I often add gruyere cheese and a dash of double cream for an ultra decadent breakfast.
