 2 Chicken breast
 75 gm(s) cheese
  Palma ham
This works well for a mid week supper with a clean green salad.

Cooking Steps:
Set the oven to 200 degrees. Make a slice in the chicken breast to form a pocket, be careful as they can easily tear.

Fill the pocket with your favourite cheese, I love blue cheese and this works well, but you can really use most cheeses - even just cheddar.

Wrap 2 slices of Parma ham around each of the chicken breasts and give them a little seasoning.

Place in the oven for 25 minutes until cooked through.

If you like garlic you can put a little garlic in the pocket wit the cheese to give it that garlicky taste!
