 4 medium potatoes (I like maris piper)
 8 tbsp(s) olive oil
 8 tbsp(s) vegetable oil
 4 pinch(s) salt
Easy, healthy chips. They take 5 minutes to prepare and about the same to eat!

Cooking Steps:
Set the oven to 220 gas mark 8

Slice up the potatoes into thickish wedges. I like them about 1cm cubed. Leave the skins on - these will crispen up.

Pour the oil into a roasting tray and put in the oven until hot.

Add the chips, sprinkle with salt and shake to cover them evenly with oil.

Roast for 45 minutes or until crisp.
