Ingredients:
 4 slices fresh root ginger (thumbnail sized)
 3 shots vodka
 4.5 shots sake
 0.5 shots sugar syrup
Lightly spiced with ginger, distinctly oriental in character. Adapted from a recipe created in 2004 by Chris Langan of Barnomadics. From Difford's Cocktails #7.
Cooking Steps:
Glass: Martini

Garnish: ginger slice on rim

Method: muddle the ginger in the base of the shaker. Add the other ingredients. Shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glasses.

Classic thai food. Really quick and so tasty. If you haven't got the canola oil, just use sunflower or sesame oil.
