Ingredients:
12 blueberries, or other small berries
finely grated zest of 1 lime, juice of 3, plus wedges to serve
 110 gm(s) sugar
 100 ml(s) cranberry juice
 100 ml(s) lemonade
A non-alcoholic summer drinks recipe by the Co-op. Prep time doesn't include making the ice cubes, which is obviously best done overnight!
Cooking Steps:
Place 1 or 2 berries in the holes of an ice cube tray and fill with water. Freeze.

Put the lime zest and juice in a small pan with the sugar. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool completely.

To serve, divide the ice cubes and the syrup between 4 tall glasses. Add the cranberry juice, then top up with the lemonade, stirring to combine the ingredients.
