Ingredients:
 2.5 shots Remy Martin cognac
 0.5 shot sugar syrup
 0.5 shot double cream
 1 fresh egg (white & yolk)
 2 shots milk
A traditional Christmas drink - a warming, spicy and filling meal in a glass. From Difford's Cocktails #7.
Cooking Steps:
Glass: toddy

Garnish: dust with freshly grated nutmeg

Method: pour ingredients into a heatproof glass and stir thoroughly. Heat in a microwave oven for a minute (adjust time as appropriate to your oven) and stir again. Alternatively, mix and warm in pan over heat - do not boil.
