Cooking Steps:
Preheat the oven to 200c / fan 180c / gas mark 6. Peel the artichokes and place in a roasting tin with the unpeeled garlic. Pour over the lemon juice and season to taste. Heat the oil then pour over the artichokes. Roast for 50 minutes or until cooked, basting occasionally.
