Ingredients:
 1 tbsp(s) oil
 75 gm(s) onion, peeled & chopped
 125 gm(s) pork sausagemeat
 1 tbsp(s) finely chopped fresh sage
  salt & pepper
A Good Housekeeping recipe.
Cooking Steps:
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and cook gently for 7-10 minutes until soft and golden. Turn into a bowl and allow to cool.

Add the sausagemeat and sage to the cooled onion mixture and season with salt and pepper.

NOTE: This stuffing is sufficient for a 1.4kg oven-ready chicken.
