Ingredients:
 2 chicken breasts
 1 onion
 1 red pepper
 2 tbsp(s) peanut butter
 1 rice wine vinegar
 1 tbsp(s) honey
 1 clove of garlic
 1 tbsp(s) soy sauce
My kids like this and I think it is almost as good grilled as bbq'd! - should have taken a photo!

Cooking Steps:
Cut the chicken and peppers into chunks.

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, add the chicken and peppers and marinade for 2 hours.

Thread the chicken, peppers and onion onto 4 skewers.

Grill for 10 minutes turning (or bbq when the summer arrives!)
