 2 cup(s) quick-cooking oatmeal
 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
 1/4 tsp(s) salt
 1 tbsp(s) cinnamon
 1 tbsp(s) baking powder
 1/4 cup(s) butter
 2 eggs
 3/4 cup(s) milk
A dear friend made this warm, hearty breakfast for a gathering of girls. We all loved it and asked for the recipe! She served it with warm applesauce.

Cooking Steps:
Mix first five ingredients. Cut in butter. Mix in eggs and milk.

Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

**Don't overbake, or the dish will be too dry! The top should be lightly browned, but the middle and bottom should still be creamy.
