 1 Clove of garlic
 1 Onion
 100 ml(s) White wine
  basil leaves
 2 Chicken breasts
 100 ml(s) Double cream
 175 gm(s) Mushroom
A quick hearty chicken pasta, I cook this when I'm short of time but want a good feed.

Cooking Steps:
Chop up the onion and garlic and start to soften on a medium heat. Chop up the chicken breasts in to strips about 1cm wide. When the onion and garlic are soft add in the chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is all but cooked through. Add the mushrooms and cook these for a couple of minutes before adding the white wine, turning up the heat so it bubbles and reduces. You only want to have a few table spoons of wine left - this should only take a couple more minutes. Then you're ready to add the cream and basil leaves. Cook for 2 more minutes so the sauce thickens and serve with the pasta of your choice and some parmesan.
