 1 left over roast pork or fresh grilled pork chops
 1 spanish chorizo of your choice
 1 onion
 1 tbsp(s) heaped, paprika
 1 can of chopped tomatoes
 1 tsp(s) tomato puree

Cooking Steps:
dice chorizo, fry in little oil until natural oils are released, remove from the pan, add chopped onion to the same pan (you can also add chopped celery, carrots, leeks or similar veg), fry until softened and golden, add paprika and tomato puree, cook for further 3 or 4 minutes, add shredded pork, tin tomatoes, chorizo, can of water, salt and pepper, stir well and bring to bubble, turn down, cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or until the pot of stew is juicy and thick ... this is lovely served with mash potato or crusty bread, or the next day over sausages as a very substantial gravy :)
