Cooking Steps:
1. En una plancha bien caliente ponemos los filetes de dorada, enaceitados y salados, 3 minutos por cada lado aproximadamente.
2. En una sartén pequeña con aceite (hay que ser generosos, será nuestra salsa), ponemos los ajos picados y casi inmediatamente (que no se tuesten) agregamos el jamón muy picadito, el perejil y 1/4 de cucharadita de pimientón dulce. Damos unas vueltas y reservamos. Que no se queme el ajo!!
3. Emplatamos nuestros filetes y salseamos.
