Ingredients:
 400 gm(s) Beef (sirloin or similar)
 2 tbsp(s) Soy Sauce
 2 tbsp(s) Sherry
 1 tbsp(s) Cornflour
 1 tsp(s) Brown Sugar
 1 tbsp(s) Sesame Oil
 1 tbsp(s) Vegtable Oil
 1 Garlic Clove
 1 tbsp(s) Grated ginger
 2 Peppers
 4 Spring Onions
 2 tbsp(s) Oyster Sauce
Wok cooking is so easy and quick. The preparation is the only thing that takes a little time. The cooking takes no time. This dish is so easy, made from many ingredients already in the cupboard and tastes wonderful.

Cooking Steps:
Mix together the finely sliced beef, soy, sherry, brown sugar, and cornflour and leave to marinade for half an hour or so.
Heat the oils in a wok and put in the garlic and ginger to fry briefly. Add the peppers finely sliced, and onions and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the beef together with the marinade and pour in the oyster sauce along with a little water.
The sauce will slightly thicken. Serve with noodles or rice.

Classic thai food. Really quick and so tasty. If you haven't got the canola oil, just use sunflower or sesame oil.
