Hash is a great and easy way to make a tasty dish from leftover meat. Often a Monday dish from the Sunday roast!

Cooking Steps:
Chop your potatoes into smallish chunks and parboil until soft but not so they fall apart (I added some butternut squash at this point which added to the dish tremendously). Slice the onion and garlic and fry in a little oil and butter until translucent. Then add the drained potato, cubed meat and fry until the potato is starting to crisp a little. Then shake some soy, and tomato ketchup, and sprinkle with a little brown sugar, season to taste. Mix carefully and serve possibly with grated cheddar over the top.
