  Currants
  Dried Apricots
  Mixed Nuts
 75 gm(s) Oat Bran
A really easy muesli recipe. Stores for ages in an airtight container.

Cooking Steps:
Put about 3 handfuls of oats to 1 handful of bran into a bowl. The bran gives the muesli a bit more depth. Put a mixture of nuts (brazil, hazil, walnut - or whatever you fancy) into a tea towel and smash then up with a rolling pin.
Add to the bowl with the currants and hey presto - muesli. Serve with milk and various fruit. Stores well and is good for you!
